Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.

  • SPM leavers must have at least 5 years sales experience.

  • Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell FWD conventional life insurance products at assigned BSN branches.

  • Engage walk-in customers and participate in branch sales activities to generate leads.

  • Identify new strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly performance targets.

  • Provide financial consultation based on customer needs and product suitability.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain strong after-sales service.

  • Record, track and report sales activities in accordance with compliance guidelines.
