Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but a Diploma is acceptable for entry-level candidates.

  • Previous sales or marketing experience, even internships or volunteer roles, is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to cater to a diverse clientele.

  • Enthusiasm for learning about financial products and services, particularly in risk management.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs within the Malaysian market.

  • Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media) to generate interest and schedule appointments.

  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing staff to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities in the company's CRM system.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
