Responsible for any artwork enquire

Artwork retouching, resizing, adaptation and file checking

Be able to communicate with client on their artwork issue in a professional manner and making corrections if necessary

Carefully follow up the whole client order process from checking artwork to complete the print ready file for production to print

Create FA layouts/design artworks upon clients' request

Be able to carry out photo retouch & colour correction of artwork images

Provide quality checks to maintain smooth flow of production jobs.

Be organised and responsible in safe keeping of all files in both physical & digital form in relation to artwork and other materials provided for each job
