Requirements
•Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English
•Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently
•Experience in admin or sales support is an advantage
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
Manage and organize company documents, files, and records systematically
Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Handle correspondence, incoming/outgoing emails, and phone calls
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and meeting minutes
Perform data entry tasks accurately and neatly
Prepare supporting documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders (if related)
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external parties when required
Support other administrative tasks assigned by management
Maintain confidentiality of company and staff information
