Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.

Proficiency in Canva is a must.

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro).

A strong eye for clean, minimalist, and modern "Muji" design aesthetics.

Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage (to assist with content for platforms like Xiaohongshu).

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have your own laptop with the necessary design software.

Visual Design & Branding

• Create "Muji-style" and "creamy-aesthetic" graphics for social media (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook).

• Design marketing materials such as digital posters, property mood boards, and promotional banners.

Video Production

• Assist in shooting and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, XHS) featuring our co-living spaces and homestays.

• Handle post-production tasks including adding subtitles, trendy music, and smooth transitions.

Digital Asset Management

• Use Canva or Photoshop to design and update property listing images and online banners.

• Help ensure our property presentation is clean, professional, and appealing to potential tenants.

Content Brainstorming

• Contribute creative ideas for lifestyle photography and social media campaigns.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and viral video formats.
