Able to work rotating shifts according to schedule.

Responsibilities
Scope: Credit Card Support & Other Products
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card services, including transactions, statements, card features, and account issues.
Provide support on additional banking or financial products as assigned.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Adhere to all internal service standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
