Candidate must have completed at least Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level/ STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Diploma.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in sales (related in construction/ building materials)

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.

Possess a good sense of market awareness in identifying business opportunities and threats.

Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.

Independent and able to work well in a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Computer literate

To build and sustain a network of strong clientele

To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customers.

To reactivate inactive/dormant customers to expand customer base.

To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with current product offerings.

To follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers.

To ensure customers’ payments are made on a timely basis.

To achieve and/or exceed the individual and team sales target.

Maintain good communication, both external and internal
