Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations or
HR business partnering
• Strong experience in employee relations, HR operations, and stakeholder
management
• Exposure to APAC regional HR practices is an added advantage
• Good understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment

Consultation
Provides guidance on employee grievance and policy compliance.
Manages employee concerns, offers consultation, and ensures fair treatment.
Act as the first line of support for employees and leaders, ensuring consistency in handling issues.
Talent & Workforce Management
Supports talent management and workforce development strategies.
Building organizational capability and efficiency.
Change Management & Strategic Influence
Facilitates change initiatives and coaches leaders to improve morale and performance.
Drives organizational change through strategic influence and clear communication.
Compliance & Investigations
Ensures compliance with policies and conducts investigations.
Ensures legal compliance with labor law, manages grievance investigations, and maintains procedural fairness.
Safeguard organizational integrity and compliance standards.
Leadership Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement
Coaches leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
Partners with leaders and stakeholders to align HR practices with business needs.
Build trust and rapport to drive sustainable outcomes.
