Sales Outlet Manager (F&B – Ayam Gunting Industry)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Outlet Managerto lead and elevate the performance of our outlets. If you excel inteam leadership, driving sales, and thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Drive sales growth and achieve targets

·         Oversee outlet performance: revenue, operations, profitability

·         Plan and execute strategies to increase customers & revenue

·         Lead, coach, and motivate outlet teams

·         Monitor daily KPIs and act proactively

·         Improve operational efficiency & sales output

·         Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly

·         Identify opportunities & enhance outlet performance

Who We’re Looking For

·         Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field

·         Minimum 3 years managerial experience, F&B preferred

·         Experience managing multiple outlets is a plus

·         Strong leadership, communication & planning skills

·         Proficient in reporting, training & basic computer use

·         Sales-driven with proven results

·         Own transport & willing to travel

·         Flexible to work beyond standard hours
