Requirements
· Minimum SPM or Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of administration experience is preferred.
· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities
· Draft various official request documents and follow up on related processes.
· Prepare meeting minutes.
· Assist with VIP reception-related tasks.
· Organize and manage document archives.
· Support new employee onboarding, such as accommodation subsidy applications and office supplies preparation.
· Assist with asset management tasks, including asset disposal, depreciation accounting, and transfer procedures.
· Responsible for organizing and compiling attendance and overtime records, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to relevant departments.
· Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments.
· Provide leadership support and cross-train other executive assistants.
· Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
