• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience

• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Act (AHPA) or equivalent certification is an advantage

• Proficient in venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques

• Own transport (car/motorcycle) and valid driving licence required

• Willing to travel outstation and to various locations

• Available to work on weekends and public holidays

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physically fit and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic understanding of specimen handling, storage, and cold chain requirements

• Perform blood collection (venipuncture and capillary) at client's home, workplace, or designated site locations

• Ensure proper patient identification and verification before sample collection

• Label, handle, and transport collected specimens safely and accurately

• Complete necessary documentation, forms, and digital reports for each collection

• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and patients

• Coordinate with the lab or clinic team for timely sample delivery

• Travel to various sites and locations as assigned, including outstation trips

• Respond to ad-hoc or urgent sample collection requests when required
