Requirements
1) Proficiency in content creation and video editing (short videos, story).
2) Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT for brainstorming and asset generation.
3) Managing content on Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook & XHS.
4) Understand how to optimize content for search engines (google) and AEO would be an advantage.
5) Ablility to work in a face-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
1) Filming and editing short-form videos (Tik-Tok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook & XHS).
2) Drafting engaging captions, blog posts and website copy that aligns with the brand voice.
3) Researching viral trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
4) Creating visual assets and promotional graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
5) Monitoring Performance Metric and helping refine content strategy based on data.
