Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple food items according to company standards

• Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality consistency

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Take customer orders and handle POS/cash transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, equipment, and work area

• Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory control

• Follow SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

• Support team members and assist in daily outlet operations
