Travel Sales Consultant

Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant / Travel Agent
Location: Sunway, PJ, Damansara, KL
Job Type: Full-Time/Internship

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for creating personalized travel experiences for clients, focusing on corporate MICE travel with training. The goal is to maximize sales by providing exceptional service, expert destination knowledge, and seamless booking experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: New to industry can be considered. Preferably with previous experience as sales consultant or have a good network of corporate clients.

• Technical Skills: Office systems and familiar with using booking systems ie Agoda, Trip or airline apps

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide top-tier customer service.

• Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills and experience up-selling travel products.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients with ever-changing requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Tourism, or related field.

• First-hand experience traveling to popular international destinations eg South East Asia, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea.

• Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Consultation & Planning: Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and interests to design custom itineraries.

• Sales & Upselling: Achieve monthly sales targets by selling travel packages, services, and upgrades.

• Booking Management: Use our internal ************* and related online platforms to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.

• Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, modifications, and emergency situations before and during travel.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and visa requirements.

• Administration: Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and send confirmations.

  Trainings will be given as well to recruits that are new to the travel industry.
