Overseeing day-to-day operation activities in the facility.

Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed.

Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Ensure measurement & installation are correct and complete on time.

Carry out QC check for job done before handover to customer.

Attending site meeting.

Check stock conditions at site (for all projects include mock-up)

Attend site seeing to ensure the project schedule on time

Complete the daily/weekly/monthly report

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
