Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or customer service is preferred.

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Has a goal-oriented and results-driven work attitude.

  • Possesses good time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

Responsibilities

Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities (For Candidates / Employees)

  • Talent sourcing, screening, and initial selection based on job requirements

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit

  • Provide career development advice to candidates and recommend suitable job opportunities

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation

  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and employers

  • Follow up on interview results and provide feedback to candidates

  • Assist candidates with salary negotiations and onboarding arrangements

  • Maintain good candidate relationships for future collaboration

Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities (For Employers / Clients)

  • Understand clients' recruitment needs, job requirements, and company culture

  • Post and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms

  • Source and attract suitable talent through multiple channels

  • Screen and recommend suitable candidates for client evaluation

  • Arrange and coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates
