Talent sourcing, screening, and initial selection based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit
Provide career development advice to candidates and recommend suitable job opportunities
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation
Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and employers
Follow up on interview results and provide feedback to candidates
Assist candidates with salary negotiations and onboarding arrangements
Maintain good candidate relationships for future collaboration
