Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
Field of Study: Engineering.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
Cooling Team
Technical Execution: Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair for Precision Air Conditioning, Split Air Conditioning, Fire Suppression, and Sprinkler systems.
System Lifecycle: Carry out configuration, start-up, testing, commissioning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshooting: Attend to breakdown calls and remain on standby $24/7$ to resolve customer complaints and equipment issues.
Reporting & Support: Assist the Service Desk and Manager in generating Technical and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Power & ELV teams when necessary and assist Pre-Sales with design and technical advice.
Customer Relations: Interact with customers to provide procedures for inquiries, offer product training, and monitor product performance.
Power Team
Technical Support: Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair for Uninterrupted Power Supplies (Single Phase to 3-Phase UPS), STS, Electrical Systems, and Standby Generator Sets.
Operational Tasks: Carry out configuration, start-up, testing, commissioning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and technical support.
Emergency Response: Attend breakdown calls and remain on standby $24/7$.
Reporting: Assist the Service Desk and Service Manager in generating Technical and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist the Cooling & ELV team when necessary and provide technical advice/site surveys for the Pre-Sales team.
Customer Interaction: Evaluate customer problems, offer product training, and monitor product performance.
