1. Barista — Part Time

We're building a café experience that fits the TCC vibe — clean, intentional, good. We need a barista who knows their craft and can hold the space confidently during a shift.

What we're looking for

• Solid espresso skills — you can pull a proper shot without being watched, although training is available for an individual willing to learn

• Reliable, detail-oriented, takes ownership of their station

Customer Experience Associate — Part Time

What you'll do

• Welcome members and walk-ins, manage check-ins and bookings

• Handle locker assignments, towel distribution, and facility orientation

• Keep the space feeling clean, ordered, and premium at all times

• Respond to member questions and resolve issues on the spot

• Support smooth session flow and flag anything that needs attention

• Ability to upsell our membership package
  
  Schedule 1 weekday shift + 1 weekend day shift per week. Will be compensated for additional shift should additional support be required.

Barista — Part Time

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and café menu items to a consistent standard, such as protein shakes. no cooking required, only preparing and plating basic food items.

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar throughout your shift

• Engage with members in a that matches the club's tone

• Manage basic café ops during your shift (opening/closing duties, inventory checks)
