Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
Experience in campaign execution and market analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
The role works closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, LSC, Finance) and external stakeholders (Distributors, Trade partners) to support effective marketing execution, including:
Coordinating BIWS recruitment and onboarding processes
Managing ICAMS contract renewals, investments, and performance reporting
Supporting end-to-end trade execution from contract acknowledgement to signage installation
Analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and retail data to identify opportunities and risks
Monitoring ROI, marketing spend, rebates, and trade promotion reconciliation
Supporting cross-functional coordination to optimize customer and business opportunities
Executing marketing programs and campaigns for the B2Ci channel and key focus SKUs
Additional Information:
Work Location: Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary Offered: RM 5,800
