Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.

Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Active user of major social media platforms with an understanding of content trends.

Familiarity with basic design or video-editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.).

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum commitment of 3 months full-time (adjust to your company's needs).

Support campaign execution – Assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Social media management – Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn); monitor engagement and respond to comments where appropriate.

Content creation – Draft blog posts, captions, newsletters, and basic graphic or video assets using tools like Canva or CapCut.

Market and competitor research – Gather data on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

Data tracking and reporting – Compile performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and help prepare reports for the team.

Administrative support – Maintain content calendars, organise marketing materials, coordinate with vendors or agencies, and handle day-to-day tasks as needed.

Event and activation support – Assist with logistics for product launches, webinars, trade shows, or promotional events.
