Responsibilities
Cold Calling:Initiating outbound calls to individuals using provided customer database.
Sales & Promotion: Delivering prepared sales scripts to persuade prospective customers to buy products, services, or make donations.
Customer Engagement: Answering inbound calls from prospective customers and responding to questions about products or services.
Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and setting appointments for sales representatives.
Data Management: Recording customer details, conversations and appointments in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance targets
