• Diploma/Degree in any coarse, such as multimedia, digital marketing, new media communication, graphic design, english or etc.

• Integrity, punctual, hard working, willing to learn, detailed oriented.

• If you have learn using Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Social Media platforms

Interns may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:

Social Media / Multimedia:

• Assist in creating and executing engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc), digital channels (e.g. Website, SiteGiant, etc).

• Manage social media posting, audience engagement and performance tracking.

• Monitor trends and propose creative ideas for social and digital content.

Graphic Design / Content Creator:

• Brainstorm and manage content creation video editing, packaging design, social media postings, graphic design (using tools like Adobe Illustration, Canva, Capcut), and etc.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timely completion of projects.

Jack-of-All-Trades Logistics, Supply Chain:

• Support the day to day operations activities (Warehouse Management System, ERP, Inventory system, etc)

• Coordinate with customers/suppliers/3rd party whenever requires

• Any adhoc job assigned.

E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales Business Development:

• Help manage and optimize for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, SiteGiant, Webstore, etc). Support marketing campaigns, promotional content, copywriting and ads management.

• Performing cold call for tele sales. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting business opportunities and networking potential clients

• Reply customer/affiliate queries online and offline on company products

• Maintain company product catalogue up-to-date

• Conduct market research and data analysis
