Possess a Diploma in Nursing or a related healthcare field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care.

Proficient in providing direct patient care, including assisting with examinations and procedures.

Skilled in accurate vital signs monitoring (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and recording findings.

Competent in safe and accurate medication administration as directed by physicians.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Willingness to work onsite at our clinic located in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.

Assist physicians and nurses in providing direct patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and recording patient history.

Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy in dosage and route of administration.

Perform basic diagnostic procedures such as blood draws, urine collection, and specimen preparation for laboratory analysis.

Maintain patient records accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date in the electronic health record system.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.

Sterilize and maintain medical equipment and instruments, ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment.

Manage clinic inventory, including ordering and stocking medical supplies and medications.

Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Respond to patient inquiries via phone or in person, providing information and directing them to appropriate resources.

Assist with minor procedures and wound care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.
