Requirements
Course Computer Science, Information Technology & related field
Assisting technician with QC products and solutions
knowledge of cloud services and virtualization
proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, network devices, and operating systems.
Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and system availability.
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Assist in implementing IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.
