Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (role requires candidate to liaise with Taiwan clients) and English.
  • Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
  • SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
  • You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
