Requirements
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Good communication skills in English
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
- Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ needs.
- Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin/Cantonese language via phone, email, or Chat.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
- Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
