Requirements

  • Diploma in any field or above
  • Excellent communication in native and English fluently
  • Must be local Malaysia 

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service
  • Field inbound support live chats, emails , telegram from users about our product offerings
  • Liaise between department to resolve problems
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
  • Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
  • Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
