Able to communicate in Mandarin (role requires candidate to liaise with Taiwan clients) and English.
Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Responsibilities
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
