You are likely to have at least 3 years administrative and operational experience in a SME company with systematic business operation in a consumer products retail or trading environment. You must be a hands-on and hardworking professional who possess:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Retail administration - all matters relating to the administrative operation of our 10 retail outlets
Office administration - all matters relating to the administration of our small head office with about 10 employees
