Requirements

25-60
  • Can speak Mandarin and English
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable with the Company's standards on food portioning and food quality standards.
  • Familiar with all staff positions work process.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
  • Oversee and support staff during service to ensure all standards are met.
  • Monitoring food waste and resolving food quality issues.
  • Clearly understand and spot check all (soft and hard) equipment in the restaurant to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  • Be aware of the latest news and activities of your peers.
  • Clearly understand the company's taste standards for all dishes and soup bases.
  • Clearly understand and be familiar with all the job processes of department supervisors and foremen.
  • Clearly understand and familiarize the restaurant's hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that employees meet company standards
