Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Skilled in Problem Solving
  • Able speak and write well in English
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Knowledge and interest in wines is also another advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer direct messages and user comments on all of Herbs ’N’ Food and Winebros social media platforms
  • Handle all calls and messages on the Herbs ’N’ Food and Winebros Helpline
  • Manage and encourage positive reviews by customers
  • Manage issues that arise with online/ helpline customers
  • Work with other departments to ensure all online/helpline orders are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner
  • Create or improve current SOPs
  • Record and report on customer service and online order activities to superior and highlight any notable incidences daily
  • Able to commit to the role up until December 2021. Period of work may be extended based on requirement.
