Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/“A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent

Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring
Continuously develop and maintain company CRM programs
Increasing the brand loyalty & company brand
Expanding the customer base by providing upselling and cross-selling plan
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
