Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/“A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • A can-do attitude is a must
  • Highly motivated and result driven
  • Good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities independently as assigned with minimum supervision.
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal, result oriented, self-driven with good problem solving skills.
  • (Only shortlisted candidates would be notified and invited for interview.)

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring
  • Continuously develop and maintain company CRM programs
  • Increasing the brand loyalty & company brand
  • Expanding the customer base by providing upselling and cross-selling plan
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
