Host and plan monthly major events, weekly weekend events and daily programming.
Analyze, plan and develop detailed event proposals, including funding budgets, event schedules, etc.
Research and select suppliers based on creativity, quality and cost.
Manage overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.
Develop content for event materials and collaborate with graphic designers.
Hire/assign personnel and train as needed in all functions of the event (registration, setup, catering, audio/video, etc.).
Day-to-day management of events and programs, including placing orders, monitoring suppliers, travel plans, restaurant reservations, assisting company attendees, monitoring registrations, tracking responses, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Executes, debrief, and follows every event to collect feedback, ideas for improvement, and goals for future events.
Effectively liaise and communicate with internal departments, event partners, suppliers and other parties to oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
