The Hostess is to carry out the following responsibilities:

Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.

Serve snacks and drinks to the customer.

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations and suggestions to drinks and snacks.

Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.

Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Keep the lounge neat and clean at all times.

Clean up after customers and clean work area.

Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. if required.

Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts.

Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met.

Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.

Assist in the preparation of all machinery, equipment, tools, materials, etc. prior to work commencement & control the use of materials & machinery

Coordinate, supervise, and schedule manpower at site & maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Assists Project Manager to coordinate all trade of work at site & to checking & ensure the quality of works.

Supervise whole site activities including handling project planning, cost control, and coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors.

Monitor and control material usage at the project site to achieve the company's objective of "zero wastage".

Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

Preparing Progress reports & keep daily progress records.

Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, progress meetings, and other meetings where required.

Reporting to Project Manager/ Management of any progress and site activities.

Troubleshooting and problem solving on matters related to site and documentation.

To undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Project Manager/ Management.

To provide guidance and insight to upper management, and purchasing department and procure buy-in.

To manage site & documentation on the inspection requirement with the client and consultant.

Witnessing the performance of tests and inspections.

Communicating correct and up-to-date construction information between all parties & report all discrepancies related to the work to the management.

Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Preparing statutory accounts

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase

ledgers and journals

Recording and filing cash transactions

Controlling credit and chasing debt

Invoice processing and filing

Processing expense requests for the accountant to

approve

Bank reconciliation

Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Following order from management for adhoc task

Maintains current knowledge and expertise with stock and initial public offering (IPO) market investments such as Bursa Malaysia, Wall Street, Nikkei 225, etc.

Works closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities.

Meets with an investment team, including analysts and other managers, to stay up to date about market situations and company decisions.

Perform research on investment products, evaluation, and strategies of investment feasibilities to explore other investment alternatives and minimise the associated risks.

Making recommendations for the improvement of an investment portfolio involves researching Market Trends, Conducting Surveys, Analysing Data, and Making forecasts throughout the year.

Prepare periodic investment reports for submission to Management as well as ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completion of investment reports.

Specialises in a particular field or industry to aspire to achieve expert-level knowledge such as Property, Real Estate Investment, and Asset Management.

Develops, maintains, and expands investor network in a professional and social setting with investors to invest in Capital and Special Projects.

Performs other tasks as assigned by the Management.
