To assist Superior in the overall supervision and quality control of infrastructure works or earthworks.

To check through drawings and proposals and make sure all drawings are well coordinated

To assist in preparing works program, progress reports and progress claims.

To assist in ensuring the works compliance with QAQC requirement.

Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.

To attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractors, and site co-workers to ensure work completion within target and report to Project Manager.

Plan and design mining operations for the extraction of coal deposits, including mine layouts, drilling and blasting procedures, and equipment selection.

Conduct geological surveys and analysis to determine the most efficient methods of extracting coal deposits and identify potential hazards.

Develop and implement safety procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment.

Analyze mining data and develop plans to optimize production while minimizing costs.

Supervise and manage mining operations, including coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Oversee the construction and maintenance of mine infrastructure, such as roads, buildings, and utilities.

Develop and implement environmental protection and remediation plans to minimize the impact of mining on the environment.

Conduct research and develop new technologies and techniques to improve mining efficiency and safety.
