- Job Descriptions;
- Support Project Manager/ Professional Engineer in handling and completing the project within the timeline.
- Involve in project coordination to ensure meet project/client’s requirements and time-line.
- Monitor and manage project delivery progress including authorities’ approval status and tender schedule.
- Prepare, review and update of civil and structure drawings, calculations, reports, cost plan, tender estimate and to coordinate with relevant consultants to achieve cost effective design.
- Establish and maintain close working rapport with all parties such as local authorities, internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with professional consultants and sub-contractors.
- Attend and organize client-consultant meetings and site meetings.
- Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
- Report regularly on development progress and monitor schedule to the Director.
- Requirements;
- Minimum Degree or higher education in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 4 years’ working experience in similar position or related working experience.
- Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
