Oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and change to pay rates
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditor
Manages human resource by sourcing and screening candidates, arranging the interview schedule and preparing the recruitment documentation
Handle any confidential information and matters in highly professional and organized manner at any time
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
Maintain directors office systems including data management and filling
Organize meetings and ensure that director is well prepared for those meetings. Produce related documents like agendas, meeting minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the director. Taking notes of key messages during formal and informal meetings and follow up with the necessary action.
To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required by director. Supports director within the business and personal matters.
