Warehouse workers execute the accurate handling, packing and storage of materials in a warehouse. They receive goods, label them, check quality, store the goods and document any damage. Warehouse workers also monitor stock levels of items, keep inventory and ship goods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential environmental risks and develop appropriate control measures.

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.

• Advise project teams on sustainable construction practices and recommend measures to minimize environmental impact.

• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement environmental training programs for construction staff.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and environmental consultants, to ensure compliance with permits and regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to assess environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and submit environmental reports and documentation to relevant authorities as required.

• Stay updated on emerging environmental regulations and industry best practices, and recommend necessary changes to company policies and procedures.

• Promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives among construction staff and subcontractors.

• Ensure the project compliance to ISO 14001 or Environmental Management System.

• Identify applicable legal requirement, perform evaluation of compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Min of Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field.

• Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) or Certified Inspection of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC)

• Proven experience working as an environmental officer in the construction industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in using environmental management software and tools.

- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

- Maintain and develop business relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries

- Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets

- Prepare proposal documents (quotation, bidding proposal etc), negotiate on terms, and close sales

- Gather market and customer information, advise on market developments, and discuss strategies towards the challenge

- Weekly sales report to be submitted to reporting manager

- Monthly sales target to be achieved and improvement plan will be discussed whenever necessary
