- Support in daily kitchen operations

- prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards.

- Handle food preparation such as cutting, peeling, portioning, marinating.

- Label, date and store ingredients properly using FIFO.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Maintain a lean and orderly preparation station and adhere to health and safety standard.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
