岗位职责

The Manager, Digital Projects will orchestrate, deploy, and govern enterprise-grade digital solutions that optimize commercial performance, secure operational governance, and elevate customer experience across EON’s business units. This role is a critical link between senior leadership’s strategic vision and technical execution, ensuring that digital assets are delivered on time, under budget, and aligned with strict fiduciary and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Deliveries:

1. Digital Project & Lifecycle Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale digital assets, moving projects efficiently through Discovery, Architecture, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare deployment phases.

2. Oversee critical project workstreams within our digital roadmap, specifically managing the rollout of AI-driven personalization tools (e.g., recommendation engines, conversational NLP chatbots, and agentic customer support systems).

3. Supervise vendor execution, ensuring technical delivery aligns strictly with our institutional User Requirement Specifications (URS) and business processes.

4. Commercial & Retail Enablement: Collaborate with multi-brand marketing and sales divisions to deploy agile commercial assets ahead of major experiential flagship events (e.g., EON Autofest).

5. Ensure frontline digital tools (lead qualification, website integrations, and Customer Data Platforms) are optimized to respond to macroeconomic shifts, capitalizing on market opportunities like the rising demand for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and smart mobility solutions.

6. Data Management & Financial Governance: Institutionalize data-centric workflows to eliminate operational "blind spots," ensuring that all physical and digital enterprise assets are perfectly reconciled with backend systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, and Telematics).

7. Drive lean project delivery by identifying group-level infrastructure and security synergies to aggressively manage and reduce ongoing digital OPEX.

8. Enforce rigorous data governance, master data management, and compliance across all platforms in alignment with PDPA, IRB e-Invoicing, and internal IT policies.

9. Technical & Group Interoperability: Manage complex ecosystem integrations involving API layers, distributed application architectures (Node.js/Angular/AWS), and backend enterprise engines (SAP financial modules, CRM systems, and real-time tracking streams).

10. Define and maintain technical documentation, including Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and system blueprints, to guarantee audit readiness for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Transformation, Project Management, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in managing complex digital product rollouts, ideally within the automotive retail, corporate leasing, or fast-paced consumer services industries.

3. Proven track record of executing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies with robust gatekeeping and stakeholder checkpoints.

  • Technical Capabilities:

1. Strong structural understanding of enterprise architectures: cloud infrastructure (AWS native environments), API gateways, database routing, and background queuing mechanisms.

2. Experience overseeing integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP (Finance/Billing/ERP), CRM/CDP architectures, and third-party telematic or workforce management systems.

3. Familiarity with AI tools, including machine learning recommendation models, semantic search logic, and generative/agentic customer service architectures.

4. Solid grasp of compliance frameworks (PDPA, e-Invoicing regulations, and IT general controls).

  • Soft Skills & Leadership:

1. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present digital roadmaps and financial justifications to senior leadership and management committees.

2. A grounded, pragmatic problem-solver who can maintain structural discipline under pressure and adapt strategies effectively during high-stakes commercial execution windows.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
