About the Role

We are expanding our Technical Support Centre and are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Cloud Computing, Technical Support, Cloud Operations, and Infrastructure Services. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with multiple leading cloud platforms and support regional customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for cloud products and services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
• Monitor cloud resources, services, and infrastructure performance.
• Support cloud account setup, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical teams when required.
• Maintain technical documentation, support records, and operational reports.
• Participate in technical training, certification programs, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer support and service delivery.
• Assist in cloud operations and project implementation activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, business partners, and stakeholders across the region.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in both Mandarin and English.
• Applicants must possess valid Malaysia working rights.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following exposure, internship experience, certifications, academic projects, or hands-on experience will have an added advantage:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Microsoft Azure
• Huawei Cloud
• Tencent Cloud
• Alibaba Cloud

Cloud certifications or relevant project experience will be viewed favorably but are not mandatory.
