About the role
ECOFARM WORLD SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and diligent Admin to join our team in our Klang, Selangor office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Check product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Key in supplier invoices and update price changes.
- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Return documents.
- Perform stock adjustments and assist in stock take activities.
- Verify and reconcile daily bank-in amounts.
- Check and tally POS System Z Reports, credit card statements, and e-wallet collections.
- Monitor supplier outstanding balances and prepare payment lists during month-end closing.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all transactions and records.
- Ensure all administrative and inventory records are updated accurately and on time.
- Liaise with suppliers if needed for purchasing related matters.
