Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machines and performing production tasks to ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions
• Perform assembly, packing, or basic machining processes
• Ensure products meet quality specifications
• Conduct basic inspection and report defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Meet daily production targets
• Assist in machine setup and minor troubleshooting
• Record production output and report any issues to supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
