Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Precast Manufacturer (Export to Singapore)

Location: Senai , Johor

Mode : Full Time/ Permanent/ Working on-site only

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Interview: Face to Face

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre & post contract activities in Construction projects
• Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue
• Responsible to update and verify project and production database
• Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement
• Monthly progress claim and payment certification
• Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard
• Other QS duties as assigned

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good numeracy management skill & quantity takeoff
• Meticulous, analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
