Job Responsibilities
* Provide daily IT support to office users.
* Troubleshoot computer, laptop, printer and network-related issues.
* Install, configure and maintain computers, software and peripherals.
* Setup and support company email accounts (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365).
* Assist users with hardware and software issues.
* Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records.
* Support internet, WiFi and network connectivity.
* Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
* Assist in system setup, data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
* Perform other IT-related support duties assigned by HR & Admin Department

Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge of:
* Windows Operating System
* Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
* Email configuration
* Network and WiFi troubleshooting
* Computer hardware and software installation
* Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Possess own transport will be an advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
