A Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, including processing orders, preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and updating databases. Key duties include generating invoices, tracking deliveries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
