Python, SQL and Databricks Engineer:

About the Role We are seeking a proactive Data Engineer / Analytics Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, build and maintain data pipelines, perform advanced analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• .Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources using SQL and scripting languages
• .Perform statistical analysis and build models using Python and/or R
• .Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Looker, Databricks, or similar) to communicate insights
• .Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency; implement validation and monitoring
• .Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes and propose solutions
• .Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• .Present findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently as required

.Required Qualifications & Skill

• sMinimum 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or related roles
• .Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
• .Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• .Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker, Databricks, etc.)
• .Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application to real-world problems
• .High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• .Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
• .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• .Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

.Desirabl

• eExperience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• .Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
• .Knowledge of containerization or orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
