Summary:

To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving progress in achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.

Job Responsibilities:

· Project timeline delivery

· Maintains central filling system for documentation and tapes.

· Guides the day-to-day development of all client projects. Ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.

· Keeps agency personnel informed of client requests and changes.

· Obtains all required client approvals, promptly (including cost estimates).

· Coordinates with the media, creative and production members of the account team to ensure all media deadlines and rotations schedules are accurate and up to date.

· Transmits billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate. Attends to inquiries or disputes regarding billing and payment, when necessary.

· Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

· Minimum diploma in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business or any related field.

· Good Communication and presentation skills.

· Careful & meticulous.

· A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.

· Able to work within timelines.

· Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,199.99 - RM1,200.00 per month
