We offer car rental and car hire services in major cities and airports throughout Peninsula Malaysia, most notably in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, KL International Airport, Penang and Johor Bahru. Position Title: Driver (PSV License Holder)

Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for passengers, employees, customers, or guests. Ensure vehicles are operated in compliance with road safety regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to designated destinations according to assigned schedules.
• Pick up and drop off customers, employees, guests, or crew members promptly and professionally.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS, Waze, or other navigation tools.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall condition.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, or vehicle defects immediately to management.
• Arrange and monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, road tax renewals, insurance, and PUSPAKOM inspections when required.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist passengers with luggage or personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving Licence and PSV Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience in passenger transportation, chauffeur service, shuttle service, or similar role.
• Good driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Familiar with local roads, highways, and navigation applications.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with passengers and company matters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chauffeur, corporate transport, airport transfer, or shuttle services.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, and major interstate routes.

• Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance compliance.
• Customer satisfaction and feedback ratings.
• Compliance with company SOPs and road safety regulations.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
