APOM is Malaysia’s homegrown lifestyle brand, turning local culture, humour, and creativity into fun, meaningful merchandise. We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support our marketplace, retail, and consignment operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website.

Location: Semua House, Kuala Lumpur
Full-Time | On-Site

Accountability

1. Retail Operations Support

• Support retail and consignment operations including store operations, stock movement, replenishment, and execution at consignment locations.
• Provide general retail operational support including store setup and troubleshooting when required.
• Provides operational support to the procurement team.

2.Marketplace & E-Commerce Operations

• Coordinate with Operations Executive on marketplace-related matters including stock discrepancies, missing SKUs, system issues, and return matters.
• Monitor and follow up on marketplace fulfillment issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with stock coordination and operational support across departments.
• Manage website and marketplace product listings, including product images, descriptions, pricing, and daily platform updates.
• Support campaign execution, pricing updates, promotions, and basic sales performance monitoring.
• Monitor inventory availability, order fulfillment, and marketplace operations to ensure smooth daily execution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Retail Operations or related field.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop tools & analytics.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel when required for consignment visits, events, or operational support.
• Able to work outside normal working hours when necessary for urgent operational matters.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
